Tawni Bell holds a 200 hour certification earned in 2011 in New York City. She is trained in trauma sensitive yoga, mindfulness, and teaching yoga to vulnerable populations. Her teaching is rooted in accessibility and wellness and she works to pair yoga with social justice, education, and community building. In addition to building healthy practices around the south Puget Sound, Tawni is a teacher, a mother, an artist, a comics enthusiast, a raging feminist, a listener, and beats with a dancers heart.
